mmmmmmmmmm. underage rock sluts (thanks angie). errrrr the donnas. mmmmmmmmmmmm.
quite an amusing night. did not expect the rather energetic and entertaining cover of jessie's girl (the rick springfield (now performing in vegas) song) by one of the opening bands okgo. it was unexpected because okgo was quite mediocre otherwise and i didnt think i would enjoy a cover of that song (cant even stand the original). plus well the lead singer of the donnas was errrrrr ummmmm _________ with the lead singer of okgo during the cover.
then of course, how can you forget the ray c. moment. the bassist of the donnas asked the crowd if they wanted 2cds. everyone screamed. the bassist came back with 2cdeeez nutz.
overall an entertaining night. not really about the music. if it was about the music then i wouldnt have not gone (dont think the donnas are that great). it was about the performance. in the end, it was worth my money.
