Yesterday was not a very good day, but today was slightly better. Probably because:

My Xbox arrived! And it came with two bonus games! So I got six games to start out with!! \o/ Now my brother will *definitely* come over to visit me. :DD

I've been thinking a lot about decorating my apartment. Nothing colour-schemed or fabric-oriented (because we all know I have no taste), just little things like putting up some found art and displaying my adorable Iron Man plushie (pre-posed for your action hand-blaster pleasure!). I've never before had the urge to decorate, but I'm really digging the idea that this is my place, and it should reflect me, no matter how mis-matched and funkalicious it might become.
I've been pondering something like this (DON'T JUDGE ME), or a similar product that is not as expensive. I've seen them at Michael's, but they do not always have a very good selection of stock. And theirs aren't restickable. Hm.

Dad and I are going to see The Duhks tomorrow night. It's been more than a year since I last saw them, so here's to hoping I like their new lead singer. Maybe an album is coming out soon? Oh geez, one came out this summer. Gotta get on their mailing list I guess...
