Today on CBC's Spark broadcast they apparently were talking about Harry Potter fanfiction, and possibly they mentioned Shoebox. So I'm downloading the podcast and will listen to it soon-ish. Will report back once investigation is done.
Also, I heard that one of the UofW's new profs wrote her master's thesis on Harry Potter fanfiction. And during her panel she was asked who she 'ships.
Heh. Awesome.

According to TIFFG, Martin Gero's movie Young People Fucking is one of the top 10 Canadian movies of 2007.
I hope the script is better than the title, or society is doomed.
