Just a few things I want to say about last night's tv.
Win: dude from Eureka
Lose: he gets snipered
Win: mandroid
Lose: not a mandroid
Win: girl freaking out at seeing her double; boys are torn between killing her and assuming she's real
Lose: she was real
Win: boys in SWAT uniforms
Lose: FBI's most wanted? "We're totally screwed."

Nick is gay. GAY.
Scene: Warrick is assigned to work a case with Nicky. It will be boring. There are stolen motorcycles involved.
Nick: *looks Warrick up and down* "Giddyup"
o_O OKAY, I COULD NOT HAVE WRITTEN A GAYER THING IF I TRIED.
Scene: Nicky is getting Warrick, Sarah, and Greg (whose involvement in this was cut from the final product, I believe) to join forces with him to slay the evil Keppler solve a case
Nick: *winks at camera, which, if you were paying attention to where everyone was standing, is actually Greg*
THERE WAS NO REASON TO WINK, NICK. THERE JUST WASN'T. NO, REALLY.
GAY GAY GAY GAY GAYEST. Even Jen can't deny it. She couldn't! She admitted that it was very gay and she's disappointed because Nick is hot but he's very clearly gay and now we won't get to see him making out with people. Unless they're boys. And she doesn't want to see that. I DO, THOUGH. *waves hand*
Add this to the evidence from a few weeks ago (Nick giving Warrick and random cop unwarranted and completely unnecessary touches to the back/shoulder) with evidence from last season (the psychic that told him he was emanating a very feminine aura? COME ON.) and we have a gay Texas cowboy.
Unfortunately, it also looks like they're setting it up so that Nicky leaves at the end of the season. D: How many times is he going to get pissed off with his job and Vegas in general before he makes good on his threat to leave ("Fannysmacking", or whatever that episode was called) after Greg nearly died and the fucker that lead the mob was in the crowd. And all the times he gets the cases with the kids that are beaten/raped/murdered/kidnapped/etc that he's always way too emotionally involved in. He gets pissed off, he gets teary, he gets violent. More than once he's gotten into physical altercations with suspects - you'd think they'd stop putting him on these cases. Or someone would buy him a puppy or something. Or Greg would give him a blow-job. ANYTHING, YOU GUYS, TO CALM HIM DOWN. JEEBUS.
My theory: Nick was molested/someone he knew was molested/some other childhood trauma. Possibly having to do with being called 'Pancho' (sp?) by his dad as a kid. I know I'd be scarred by that. *shudders* Especially after Grissom used it. EW OMG STOP.
