After the cat fight

Nov 30, 2010 22:48

[Greece had set up an area where he could aid all the injured cats. He had prepared some treats for them as well so they would sit still if one panics, hopefully this wasn't the case. Sadly he is no pet doctor (but he knew what to do) so a bit help from others would be very welcome.]

I dunno what his injuries are, but. Someone else can decide on that for me. grandfrereminou November 30 2010, 22:05:49 UTC
[He trusts Greecat's nation, considering everyone knows how much he loves and cares for cats. After all of the slamming and throwing, he's in plenty of pain, but he's proud of himself for defending the others like a good big brother. He continues to purr helplessly, occasionally licking at his wounds and bruises. But he forces himself up to lick everyone else, too.]

[Iggycat is sitting on an examination table licking his wounds... and also Francecat's. Because he's there. Not because he cares about him or anything. Licking will only do so much, however. His broken leg will need splinting and his other wounds will need human-treatment.]

[Then let's start with Iggycat since he is distracted with licking Francats wounds. Now carefully, carefully...]

[It's a bit of a comfort mechanism, really. It's the least he can do. He'll lay off of him for a while, so he can get used to the splint when everything's fixed.]

[continues to distract him with licking and purring so that he can get treated.]

[He yowls when his leg is touched, licking or not. It's not enough of a distraction to block out the pain, though he fights the instinct to strike back.]

[Will treats help?]

[He's too stressed and in pain to eat. He can handle it. He's been through worse. Francecat gets a light headbutt, though, because he's Francecat, and then he buries his face in the other's fur.]

[O-ow. But it didn't hurt that much, so he just rubs against him in the cat equivalent of cuddling. Gives him more licks, too, and some calming purrs]

[No worries, he's done with Iggycat's leg. Now to see what's wrong with Francecat.]

[He's panting in a catlike fashion by the end of the ordeal.... and drooling everywhere, including all over Francecat's fur. But he's not going anywhere, so he'll just kind of start licking him again.]

[Oh, ew, Anglechat. Okay, he doesn't mind so much, since you're okay now. Licks him back a bit. He's a bit better off despite being thrown around--he wasn't lied on or hung/shaken from his leg. He's probably just got something dislocated, although the worst is that something could have happened to his neck from all of the falls. . . . Haha, catfrance with a neck cone thing. . . .]

Should he get one? greek_cat November 30 2010, 23:22:12 UTC
Uh-oh... looks worse than I thought...

[With all the fur it was hard to see what was wrong or what was okay.]

Sure. grandfrereminou November 30 2010, 23:32:00 UTC
Is it? I don't feel so bad, aside some aching.

[Although, he's still in front of everyone else, so, of course he doesn't feel too bad yet. Adrenaline's a good pain killer.]

[Iggycat would definitely make fun of Francecat in a space collar, once things are back to normal a bit. Francecat wouldn't even be able to reach past the cone to clean himself--hah! But for now he's still feeling pretty dere, and is cuddling him.]

Where are you hurt?

Ah... well to get sure... I'm sorry but you have to bear with that.

[Here comes the strange collar! And a few bandages.]

Ah. . .everything hurts. . .but my neck most of all. Hm?

[Looks at the odd cone thing. Has never actually seen a cat with one(or any other creature, for that matter,) so he doesn't know what it's supposed to do or be at all. . . .]
