The ceiling is black, with glowing neon designs twisting and changing across it, like a very large, very psychedelic screensaver. In the open doorway, Weimar feels hypnotized for a moment by the swirling colors, almost automatically stepping though, as if drawn inside.

Ve~~ [is moving his head around, similar to the way the gyroscope in front of him is. Except a bit slower and he seems to be getting either confused as to which way his head should be moving or dizzy. He throws his head this way and that, smiling a little at his own confusion.]

Hey there, Italy. That's shiny. Are there more? Lemme find one -

[And he's off, fishing through the amusing debris for another gyroscope.]

Weimar~! Ciao~ Ve, ve, I think there are! It is shiny~ A-and it's spinning!

[Alternates between watching him look for one and watching one one he already has. "spinning" reminded him of the Rome-Berlin Axis, though, but that's okay, because he's just going to laugh at the concept of them spinning around on a gyroscope with everyone else trapped inside it.]

Yeah it is! I want to spin too!

[Screw finding another one. He extends his arms, spinning fast in place, god he has to move move move-]

[Gasp~!] Me, too!

[stumbles to his feet and tries to imitate him, but only ends up falling down. But he tries again and does better! He flails his arms a little, fascinated by the way there seems to be marks in the air where his arms were] Ve, ve, ve, ve~

[He grabs Italy's arms to help pull him up, tugging him so they'll spin together as counterweights.]

[really doesn't seem to weigh much of anything--he is a (solid) ghost after all--so he goes up pretty easily, and grabs his arms back and spins around and around~]

[And eventually Weimar loses his balance and they collapses in a giggling nation pile.]

[Nation piles should happen more often! The world would be a better place! Giggles and snuggles against him] Mm, you smell pretty~ [somehow he got his arm tangled in his leash, so he's going to try and get loose without looking or anything]

[Oooh, hey you have a leash. He wriggles against Italy and tugs on it a little.]

[manages to get his arm free when he tugs it. He also has a collar with the German flag on it! The regular, black, red, and gold one] Ee--

[Laughs a little, blushing softly--kinks are weird, but not something he exactly would object to. He's Italian, after all.] Ve, Germany put it on me--the collar, too. I think he likes it, too! He pulls me around on it, all the time, and if he's mad h-he pulls kinda too hard and then it's hard to breathe and he kind of yells a lot a-and it's scary. . . .

[Despite no one ever explaining the modern concept of a safeword to him, Weimar has been on the wrong side of out-of-control scenes a few too many times not to feel the fine line between kink and abuse rather keenly.]

What does he do when he's angry? What makes him angry? Do you enjoy the leash or is it just something he did?

V-ve What--I--I dunno, Germany confuses me a lot! [like now. Speak slower! Oh, but it's kind of clearing up a bit.] Ve. . .h-he tugs my leash a lot and it chokes me a bit. . . .and he yells and curses and pushes me around a bit--h-he shakes me, too! Ve. . .uhm. . .Germany's angry all the time, so I don't know. He doesn't really like it if I talk to or hug other people, though! I don't like it when he hurts me or ties me up with it!

[Don't worry, he's talking quickly, too. But he always does that, so it might be worse now. At least he's too high to be crying!]
