[ As the alarms sounded for what seemed like the millionth time England was not surprised at all. The element of surprise that the Germans had had the first few days had quickly faded as they became the norm during the late 1940s. With a sigh the Brit moved to away from the windows to the wall across the room, leaning against the corner before slumping down to the floor and covering his ears. It was only a matter of time now before he'd hear the planes overhead followed by the now familiar explosions of the bombs.
So he waited.
And when nothing came at all he hesitated before uncovering his ears and opening his eyes, somewhat amazed to find himself in what seemed to be the hallway of a fancy hotel. ]

[ooc; Hey guys, don't mind if I drop in a 1941!England. He's from early 1941, so Blitz is going on in his time. He isn't exactly the most physically healthy England out there either, he has quite a few cuts on bruises on him, the worst of the wounds on his back. ]
