[Italy is outside, standing in front of a conveniently placed coast painting the view from where he is. He had the urge to paint the coast during winter, and he hadn't painted it in that setting for a long time, so he took what he needed along with a thermos full of hot cocoa, and set out to find a good place to paint. If you look at the painting, you can tell that he's done a really nice job on it which shouldn't surprise you since this is Italy who painted this even if this is the grumpier version of him.]
[Mumbling in Italian:] A few strokes here... [Gives a couple of strokes] Maybe I should add some more of this... [Paint paint]
[He's really into painting the scenery right now, so it's unlikely that he'll notice you even you're standing right next to him, but if you got in the way of his view or something, you'd probably get his attention. Though, he'd most likely get annoyed at you for doing that.]
