Spain is sitting by the wall of one of the hallways. His economy has been taking a hard hit so he's pretty strapped for cash. There's a box next to him saying with a sign saying:

"CLAVELES TRES EUROS!"

In the box are bunches of red carnations. Support the Spanish economy! Buy something!

Spain blinks at him, "¿A quién es Antonio?" He doesn't know what you're talking about. In his universe everyone knows he's Spain so there's no need for human names.

"¡Sí!" Spain nodds happily, "¿Estás España también?" He's not new to HQ so he knows about the different dimensions.

My... these are some rather lovely Nelke, Herr Spanien.

Spain smiles for her, "Ah, gracias." He holds one out to her, "Perhaps the pretty señorita would like to buy one, yes?"

[Perhaps she could get some for her brother, and a little decoration in her room does no harm.]

Then I shall have two instead. But I only have Swiss franc with me.

"I can trade a Swiss franc at the bank." Spain says brightly and picks up two carnations to give to her.

"Spain! I haven't seen you personally for a while now!" The Frenchman gives Spain a hug.

"Francia." Spain gives him a hug back, "Yes, this have been very slow for me and they say the economía is going to get worse." He sighs heavily. "I hope things have been better for you, yes?"

I don't know about France's economy. :D;;

"I've been stuck in this building for almost a year now. I have no idea."

"Oh yeah." Spain kinda forgot. "I kinda forgot." He happily replies.

So, what have you got? [He just had a run-in with Conquistador Spain (who had no respect for his belongings, the git), so he's less than happy at the moment. He mutters,] Flowers, I see. Decent looking. Could be better. [More loudly:] I'll give you a pence for that.

"A pence?" Spain asks, "Is that worth a Euro?" He knows it's British money but he couldn't tell you what it's worth.

My god, he thinks. This is almost too easy. England seems to brighten at his thoughts and has to contain a smirk. He opens up his wallet. "Oh, yes. I have one here, and I'll trade it for a bundle of your carnations."

"Okay!" Spain seems so happy. Things have been really down for him and he's ecstatic to finally have a customer! "How many would you like?"

[a Spain!...and a box of flowers...well, that brings back memories...] A-Antonio? Um...what are you doing? [blinks at the sign] Three euros? [for the sake of simplicity...Lovi's world uses euros too] [smiles] Then I shall take seven, if you please. [wants one for Matthew, Liech, himself, his brother, and the other Spain he's met and Spagonia and another Italy...wants to buy one for this one, too, but this Spain seems to have more than enough carnations...]

"¡Estás un santo!" He cries out happily. As he collects the flowers he starts a conversation "Although you might be confusing me with someone else. I'm called España, not Antonio. I need to help bring up my economy again." He happily hands the flowers to him.

[well, all that saved money should go somewhere, now that he isn't dead]

[blushes before taking the flowers] Gr-gracias. [he picked some stuff up from his Toni] O-oh. [looks surprised; but why did this Spain not tell him that last time? Although last time he was too distraught...] My sincerest apologies. [turns red in embarrassment] And I'm sorry to hear that. If there are more ways I can help you...[trails off, he's not sure what he can do to help...neither he nor his brother are very rich anymore, after all...well, not as rich as before, anyway]

"Gracias." He gives his best smile for him, "Don't worry about it. Since I gave you my name, can I have yours?" He's so used to his Romano that he can't tell who this person is at all.
