[ooc: to be honest, I haven't any idea. That question might be best brought up with a mod (germany)and maybe the other Russia. If you guys can come to an agreement, rping might be easier. But how you act is really up to you. I really mostly expected you to be all confused/ surprised. I would suggest you be your own character though instead of acting the same as the other ivan. Am I making any sense, sorry I can't be more helpful...]
