[Ludwig, for that's who this is despite his looks, has just arrived and is very confused. He's still not quite used to his new stature and stumbles a bit as he walks down the halls.]

((ooc: We all wanted it during the Fool's Bath and here it is. Germany has been chibified into his HRE-self by England. He still has all his memories of being Germany but the longer he stays this way the more memories of his past he recalls.))
