[This is something new. Spain tilts his head curiously at this dressed up Arthur and since he's curious, he approaches and greets him. Sort of]

[Have an attempt at a friendly smile. Unfortunately, for some reason, it comes across as more the kind of smile Queen Elizabeth might have worn when watching the destruction of the Spanish Armada.

But there's the hint of blush on his cheeks making the whole expression rather...odd.]

Ah, there's no need. [The dangerous looking bag is produced with something of a flourish.] I was baking last night and just happened to have a few left lying around, you know, and I thought I'd bring them in for lunch. [Which still doesn't explain the bag with its elegant ribbon and bow.] I'm willing to share.
