She's not really interested in S.Valentine itself, it's just a day like another, but Felicia made a special cake for her rommates and took a rose for them too. Friendship gifts are important too, aren't they? She'll probably offer roses too at everyone she meets but... uhm, she's not really in a romantic mood. Not at all.
Oh, she has a present for Romana's puppy too.
And since her little sister is more romantic than she pretends to be, or so Felicia believes, she left a huge bunch or red roses with long stam in front of their door's room with a small note: "To South Italy from a secret admirer.". She's doing it really hoping it'll make Romana a little more confident and less jealous of other girls.
Of course, Felicia'll have no idea of who left it.
