My Jiangsu is on my Twitter user icon, minus the blue hair. The red ribbon symbolizes her connection to the Yangtze (she has several different outfits for different cities >_> )
Himaruya/the powers behind Hetalia drama CD's acknowledged that there's a personification for Fujian, Guangdong, Hebei, Henai, Jiangsu, and Liaoning (a province notable for Japan's influence >_> ).
