It's been a long time coming. But Faye's finally feeling better, and besides, the questers are back.

So the familiar scent of coffee is drifting from 202, and there is a sign on the door: "Need a haircut? Ask Faye."

The musical selection this time around is triumphant classical.

"Faye?"

"FAYE!"

Link dashes into the kitchen and skids to a halt in front of her, throwing up his arms with a huge grin.

"You're back!"

"Well, technically, I never left..." she says with a small smirk.

"How've you been, Link?"

[kokiriboy]

"I know you never left but you stopped doing coffee and I was worried about you, if you were sick or something and yeah. I'm really glad you feel better."

"And I've been good," Link beams like a tiny sun, putting his hands behind his back.

[burbonmilkshake]

Faye sits on the couch, smiling at Link. "I'm sorry I worried you. I just needed to work some stuff out on my own. And I'm really glad to hear you've been well."

[kokiriboy]

"Don't be sorry, I should be sorry. I could have checked on you in two seconds if I wasn't such a weirdo, but no, I made myself worry. I was actually gonna find you today anyway, but here you are all by yourself, so it's all good."

Link plops on the couch next to Faye, swinging his legs.

She laughs. "You aren't a weirdo. If anyone is, I am. I'm the one who disappeared."

[kokiriboy]

"We're both weirdos, then, it's not like there's a shortage of weirdness to go around. We can share!" Link tosses up his hands again, grinning.

Faye grins back. "It's true. The whole place is filled with weird."

[kokiriboy]

Link cocks his head and keeps smiling, folding his hands on his lap.

"I got a gun," he says, when it occurs to him he's supposed to, y'know, talk during a conversation "Did you get anything while you were away?'

Faye blinks. "A gun?"

"And no, honey, I didn't go anywhere."

[kokiriboy]

"Yeah, Chase gave it to me."

Link blushes, "Sorry."

[burbonmilkshake]

"As long as you know how to use it, you're fine. Just don't hurt yourself or anyone else with it. And it's cool, I was pretty much a no-show for a while; it's understandable that you'd think I left."

[kokiriboy]

"Can't promise no one else will get hurt, but I am being careful. I used to fight all the time, y'know, and you learn pretty quick to point the sharp end away. Or the end that shoots sharp parts. Whatever, the bad end."
