Slade has been keeping a low profile since he knows that several of the residents--including their fearless leader--are suspicious of his motives. However, he still knows precious little about the denizens of the compound, so he has crawled out of his dark corner and is now wandering through the courtyard.
He's normally a very patient individual, but he has to admit that this place is trying his patience. He has a plan in motion and all he can do is wait, unfortunately.
He walks through the courtyard with the air of someone who is extremely bored and not enjoying it at all. He finds himself almost wishing that the Teen Titans were around. At least they kept him on his toes.
