Zuko doesn't like it. He's also not explained why it's in an unused apartment on the sixth floor. But it is. He's considered going to Faye to ask her to prep some coffee up here, but decided against it.
Unusally, he's called Danny, House and Cameron up -- not as normal war council, but as part of something else. Still, they're supposed to be here, really.
Zuko is strangely tense, and not nearly the person that usually hosts these meetings. Then again, word has likely spread about why he's so damn tense. You would be too if you nearly lost your future with a cup of tea.
