Albrecht has been wandering all over the place. It is all out of boredom, really. He's been on patrol, but nothing interesting has happened so far. He's gone all over the apartment building, and met some interesting people.
However, he is surprised that he hasn't met this Zuko character yet. He assumes that being told there is a giant werewolf living amongst the people you're taking care of would be something that would grab your attention. Of course, in Albrecht's experience, it's not too uncommon, so he wouldn't really know.
So right now, he's sitting in 202, reading a magazine (or at least trying, since he doesn't really know Chinese), waiting in hopes of meeting the glorious leader.
