He looks down at the plate of spiced/fried pecans.
"...the chili powder is kind of old, and was kept in a clear glass container, so it's not that strong. Though, I did use a lot to make up for that. So...spicy?"
He goes over to the pile of blankets and lifts a few until he finds the child.
"Cause for celebration." A nod to Mike.
An almost unnoticeable grin appears before it's gone again. He loves kids.
"Hey." He greets the small child. "We haven't been introduced. I'm Oz." He knows she probably doesn't understand him but he's never been one for babytalk. "No worries, I'll introduce myself again when you're older."
Oz pokes his head into the kitchen, amused... although his face is as almost always... expressionless. "Huh."

"She's a delicate flower when she's just woken up from a nap."
