Shadow turns quickly to see where the new noise is coming from, and as a result Mike nearly loses her balance.

Shadow likes this game. She claps her hands and squeals.

Baby shaped person! "Awwwww! Hi! How are you?" She wiggles her forefinger in that given 'hi small child!' wave thing.

Shadow stops clapping, and tilts her head as if she's trying to figure the peppy blonde lady out.

"I give you a 7. Your opening was a little rough, but you stuck the landing and that should count for something."

Mike ponders this for a little while before giving up.

"Nice to meet you...um...do you have a preference? I'm really okay with either, but it's your name so I figure you should have the final say."

And she smiles brightly. "That's the first time anyone has even bothered to ask." FRIENDS FOR LIFE! "Venus. If you'd like. Are you always a talking turtle, and what's this one's name?" She offers her hand to the tiiiiiny person.

Shadow grabs the offered hand, or more specifically the finger closest to her...and doesn't let go. Baby grip is a tight grip.

"I'm Mike, and this little terror is Shadow. It's nice to meet you Venus. You uh...you didn't really want that finger back, did you?"

She tries to get Shadow to do a little twirl since her finger is attached to the baby.

Mike's never met a blonde girl from Venus before...or from Japan for that matter.

She giggles again. "Dead alien princess reincarnated. It's a living. I'm the...what's the word? That thing. Where I'm the walking person of a not person thing." Her english is good but big words like personification and metaphor, and all those definitions are a bit beyond her.

"And a cop." She beams again. "They don't let me carry anymore," she adds quickly. Sometimes people worry about this! "Are you always green? My cat can be a man sometimes."

Logic? HA.
