Hamel is quite pleased with life. Thus, because of the sort of luck he tends towards, he's settled on the roof and he's practicing his music to make sure he'll be able to deal with whatever HORRIBLE thing's going to happen next to cause trouble.

Carol is out in the courtyard, alternately bowling and discussing her bowling with her father. He did have a unique perspective on her arm, after all. The music is getting a little annoying.
Randall's dead. Or um, hiding? Or doing something with a dirty magazine and a Twinkie that no man should think on? Don't ask.
Percival is wandering around the building on what he's come to consider his "inspections". He's got some things to talk to Zuko about sometime soon and he wants to be well informed as to what he's saying when he makes his case.
