"Morning," Revan's voice is quiet, the way people talk in the mornings when they don't want to be loud and wake people regardless if anybody can hear them. "Thought I recognized that sound."
Metal scraping stone is distinctive.

Smiling a little sheepishly, Sokka looks up and nods, switching from the stone to the leather strap against his boomerang. "Sorry. Didn't mean to wake anybody.
"You're new, right? I'm Sokka."

"Yeah, I'm the the new guy Decan. And don't worry you didn't wake me. I'm up at dawn anyway most days."
Revan's face goes somber and he nods towards the boomerang. "Getting ready?"

It's a wicked looking thing, too, if not a traditional weapon - smooth on one side, ragged metal on the other, a flatter ridge where he must hope to catch it each time...

Following for a few steps, Sokka stays standing while she sits, his hands finding his pockets as he nods. "We are," he says softly, gaze dropping. "You guys are... you know the plan?"
