Roof, Before Meeting

Clarise is sitting on the edge of the roof, hugging her knees into her chest. She's been crying. And is still upset. Periodically, she flickers or statics out for a fraction of a second, like maybe or she just teleported somewhere and back really fast, or teleporting two inches from where she is. It's very strange.

Spoon's done with his shooting for the day. He's done a hell of a lot of it, mostly because he can't do his normal five hours of training with Iroh. It's been... interesting, given the crutches.

In the process of pushing his Magog-shaped target back into place, he happens to glance up and spot a vaguely familiar figure on the edge of the roof.

Hoo, boy.

She sees him. And she just sits there for a minute, knowing that if she sits there too long, he's bound to come up to the roof somehow. She has no doubt he'd find a way, even if it hurt him.

So she does come down, disappearing from the roof and fading back into existence in the practice yard.

Which is probably good, because he was starting to head for the building proper. He stops, resting on the crutches, and smiles a bit. "Useful trick of yours," he murmurs.

She shrugs a little, which causes a flicker.

"I guess."
