Padme passes by Simon's apartment and pauses to look at the sign. It's still hard for her to read English letters.

"The colors are really pretty," Padme says quietly. Force knows that they needed a bit more color around here.

Kaylee beams as she steps away.

"Thanks. I thought we could do with a bit of colour around here."

She extends a bold hand in the woman's direction at the same time as turning on her that same beaming smile.

"Hi. I'm Kaylee."

Padme smiles in return. "I'm Padme. Sometimes I help out in the infirmary. I take it you know Simon and River," she says, indicating the sign on the door.

"Sure do," Kaylee says brightly. "Been on the same ship goin' on a year now. Simon and I started with the sex a few weeks ago."

It's not really useful, no, but people seem to like things like this. And they've needed some form of encouragement after the Magog raid. Krauser just stands back and considers the effect.

Pausing in her work to do the same considering, Kaylee turns to her observer and rewards him with a bright and shiny grin.

"Hi there."

He gives a nod. "Where were you thinking of going after you were done with this?"

It's definitely eye-catching. And makes the age and dirt on the walls a little more plain. Poor Monk.

"People might like something like this in the common room."

He's not really in touch with anything not immediately going on around him, but even he likes a good sunset.

"Common room, huh?" Kaylee says, and considers only briefly. "Sure. I could do that. Place needs brightening up."
