- Romano is actually quite Genre Savvy (TvTropes it) to the point of having Medium Awareness (again TVTropes it), but no one ever believes him when he tries to explain that THEY'RE IN SOME WEIRDASS JAPANESE COMIC THING.
- Japan obviously already has Medium Awareness as well. Just because he's Japan. He just never really bothers to tell anyone.
- When Japan gets close to someone enough, he becomes less STUFFY!POLITE and more relaxed and casual, and even a little bit teasing. ♥ (The people so far who has ever even gotten this far is Italy and America)
- Seconding the "Spain still babies Romano" because BUHYOO CUTE ;3;
- Austria still really cares for Switzerland, but never really got the chance to talk to him because Switz would always avoid him as much as humanely possible.

(Does genderbend headcannon count?)

-Fem!Italy dresses really tomboyish most of the time, but talks and acts really girly. Her sister on the other hand, is the exact opposite. (Dresses really girly, talks and acts tomboyish)
- Fem!America is tons more sensitive to others' feelings than her male counterpart.
