I'm actually finished my second draft - it's just awaiting being edited by my beta [who won't be able to until July 28th at the earliest]

Just a question - for the draft do we already need to have the embedded html codes in?

Yes, we need all the html codes embedded since we will be posting all of the stories in our archive website (which is still under construction) and not in livejournal or dreamwidth. It'll make our lives easier, so, please do embed all of the necessary html codes. We will c/p the script as it is to our web pages.

But wasn't that for the final draft? I thought that you only needed to send in a finished, but not necessarily beta'd and html-embedded, story for the second draft?

Er... I apologise for the little mistake I did on answering your question. I thought you meant about the final draft. For the second completed draft, your story only needs to be in 5000 words minimum and a complete story. It doesn't have to be beta'd or the html codes embedded. You are free to send us the beta'd version if you want to, but it is not a requirement for the second deadline.
