Disclaimer:
"Axis Powers Hetalia" belong to Himaruya Hidekaz. I'm merely using his characters because I love them...
Summary: ChibiKanazawa, ChibiOwari, ChibiAizu, ChibiJapan, ChibiOsaka, ChibiSendai and ChibiMito sing for you Christmas songs.
Day version done for Christmas day.
Extra note:
Sorry, I'm not really into Himaruya's other manga on which the characters that represent Japan's clans were based... and in Hetalia they only had a small role so my representation of them might be rather incorrect. Anyway while drawing Osaka I thought he might have Arisugawa Sorata's character (yes, I'm a CLAMP fan...), since Himaruya compared Sendai to Italy I gave her an Italy-smile (even though in her only pic she's crying), for Owari I kept her hair tied in a bun although I saw that her counterpart in 'Advance! Kitakou Broadcasting Club' aren't tied (though with her hair tied she reminded me of Chichi from Dragonball :P), Aizu's counterpart seemed grumpy but I couldn't help thinking someone with a pet bunny is bound to be cute... I wasn't sure if to tie or not Kanazawa's hair... in APH he has them tied but it could be because that was the hairstyle used at that time... his counterpart in 'Advance! Kitakou Broadcasting Club', as far as I know, has his hair tied only when in the Noto-sama version (he also seems to have split personality... which is fun considering Sakurazuka Seishiro is from Kanazawa... yes, I'm an obsessed CLAMP fan... :P)... in the end I let it untied... Mito seemed to have scars on his cheeks but maybe it's just me... and somehow Japan had been the hardest ever Chibi to draw. I guess he wanted no part in this.
Also, I've planned to do this by quite a while but I decided I HAD to do this when Himaruya mentioned American, English and German thoughts about angels in a blog post.
He didn't mention Japan, probably because, although angels randomly appear in manga, they aren't quite part of the Japanese culture... but I thought Japan needed to have his angelic version too... Yes, I'm weird like that.
And with this I've turned into angels most of the APH chara... I wonder if I'll manage to turn them all into angels... Next team is the Asian one... Chibi are addicting, I've always been partial to them... Also again small pic because photobucket doesn't allow pics larger than 800... -_-
