what the fuck is up?
well a lot here.
a lot of bull shit, a lot of dog and cat hair, and a lot of work, with some poking of the smot and swimming intermingled. (and a cogucal visit here and there if i am lucky)
i have a SHIT TON of meetings this week, many hours i will never get back, but what can you do? i have also wasted many hours this week stressing out about my home issues. I am currently watching my friends hairy-ass pets and their apt while they have been away in Cali since saturday. it's nice because, for the 1st time since i have been in austin, i can relax. i can just sit on the couch puffing, watching whatever the fuck i want to watch on tv. what a feeling. feels like home, but different animals, different bong, and smaller living room. but i have a good imagination, so it works for me. i am far south about 3 miles from work so i can get there in no time and i can get anywhere pretty quickly..like barton springs, or a few of my friends..thats nice.
but about the house, what you all are waiting on pins and needles to read about....the lady had her inspection this last week, and we got her contract this saturday w/what she wants us to fix on it. well it's very little considering but part of it worries me $-wise, so we crossed something off, signed it and faxed it back to her today. today is also her last day of her option time so she can't break her contract now unless she ends up NOT getting the financing. (we won't think like that, as she is preapproved and everything else is going swell...yes i fucking said swell..) so dylan calls me tonight and says that she is down w/what we took out and actually told the realtor more she doesn't want us to fix, so we are getting off pretty easily and we are stoked. i could be living here in austin FOR REALS w/my husband, dog and house-filled chotzkies by the 30th!!!
