corn, bubble tea and eggs
Putting exchange matters aside for the time being, I went to eat kichi kichi rotary hotpot with shi and qiushao today! :D Shi and I saw it on nanyang chron so decided to try it! Whoohoo!
buffet style
i think there are 6 soup bases - mushroom, tom yam, chicken, etc etc! We picked tom yam and mushroom :)
All the ingredients are on the conveyor belt. Can just take whatever you want!
Our pot! We ate for almost 3 hours!
Tadaaaa! A small number of the total plates we took! -.- We were looking out for pork and corn!
Look at how many corn i ate! (PS: the waitress cleared my first plate...i think i ate around 9 pieces -.-)
The way i placed it looked like dian xin right! :P
Qiushao's! We ate the same amount of corn...
The corn! Qiushao and i really went crazy over the corn cos it was super sweet! :D Plus I like corn in the first place already! Shi was in love with the pork!
Heard a lot of people raving about this so we finally tried it (yes, after the hot pot -.- we have big appetites!)
GONG CHA! We ordered milk tea with pearls...I still like koi better. I am quite interested to try the earl grey milk tea though! :)
Before we went home we saw this!!! EGG TARTS!!!
This shop sells egg tarts of various flavours! So cool i like!
What i bought home! top-bottom, L-R kiwi, green tea (x2), orange choco, durian, original
Quite eggcited! Tried the kiwi one first! I was slightly disappointed cos I thought the whole thing would have the kiwi filling! Only the top had it but it was still quite tasty! I think they put kiwi flavouring in the egg custard instead!
Dad had the durian one and sis had green tea and original! Hmm! i hope the green tea one turns out okay! I like green tea and egg tarts! :D
Oh yeah all these can be found at city square mall! :) :) :)
Reasons why i like the place:
1. within walking distance from my home yayy
2. quiet on a sunday
3. they have yoguru there!!! YOGURU!!! <3
4. they have a lot of things there. LIKE LIANG TEH & EGG TARTS & ASTONS (soon)!!!
HAHAHAHA! totally my kind of place lah. I am becoming a heartland auntie already! ._.
