I think
hiking is a
healthy activity that many people should consider doing. First,
hiking is great excercise. People who hike develop strong legs
and lower backs, along with the ability to breath deeply and keep their
balance. Also, being up in the mountains allows people to breath
fresh air from all the trees and plants, which is good for the brain
and the body's energy levels. Furthermore, hiking allows people
to get away from the city and spend time in a natural environment,
which is also good for their health. Doing so also lets people
get more in touch with nature and learn to appreciate and respect
it. People having better relationships with nature through hiking
is something that the whole world could use, especially since there are
so many environmental problems created by people who don't respect
nature. Finally, hiking is really a lot of fun, as you can see in
these pictures.
So as you can see, through increasing health and fitness, and by
allowing a closer relationship with nature to develop, hiking is a very
enjoyable and beneficial activity.
