Tonight marks the end of my 4 to midnight shift experiment. When I took the shift, I figured it would be worth the late nights to get the weekends off. Now that it is over, I am not so sure. Having Saturday and Sunday off is great, sure. But getting home after midnight the rest of the week? What the hell do I do with myself? Tonight I'm reading the Wikipedia article on Optimus Prime.
Sunday I start working 2 to 10 p.m., which hopefully will be an improvement. Getting home at eleven is a whole lot different from 1 a.m.
Jennifer is celebrating her last day of college by sleeping on the couch. I am pretty down with that.
