YES NO YES: Scanlated Rikkai part

I went ahead and scanlated it anyway: again, if anyone sees any errors, please let me know. Otherwise, I hope that I've managed to get it all right; I might see if I can tackle the Hyotei and Seigaku parts when I next have time. (Sorry for the lack of completion- the Rikkai part happens to be at the start of the book, and I happen to be very Rikkai biased, so it seemed convenient. Ehe).

It's actually quite a nice story, I think. (Well, for Satoumizu Yukimura, in any case...).
