Its been a while since I've had time to stop and take a break.
I recently lost my entire hard drive to include all the info stroed on it. Some reason it just decided to die. So i lost all my school work, saved info from the army, old papers, resume and resume tips... all my music, music videos, pictures of people... so its all in the toliet now.
I had to rebuild so here we stand... I at least didnt lose my current buddy list.
Been going non stop for the longest...
Took an APFT at temple and they screwed me on my run...
So I proved them wrong... I retook it 5 days later and ended up with 60 push ups 63 situps and a 15 min two mile time... over all thats... a 238
Here is what the unit commander of the 352nd MP co had to say in his most recent contact had to say:

CDT Cullen:
Thanks and after four years of college (the best years of one's life, unless you go active duty, then the first four years of he Army are the best) I am sure you will be glad to graduate. We would expect that you would start drilling In February or so...unless they assign you to that new TTHS thing which is like a holding tank until you complete OBC. I do not exactly know how it works, you may drill with the unit, but simply not counted in their strength. In any casy, you are absolutely welcome to visit with the unit...I have cc'd CPT Saxon and he can set up what would be best.
Networking with people in the unit is a good idea. If you are interested in a law-enforcement or other career in the NCR (National Capital Region), our units are loaded with such people and now is a good time to start looking.
I read that around 50% of the current federal workforce will be retiring in the next 5 years, so now is a good time if you are interested in a government career.
You would have an interruption for OBC...and then as a new, deployable, MOS Qualified MP 2LT...I would not be surprised if you are activated for something. Our units are also a good place to get comfortable with that idea, the combat vets can fill you in on what to do and how to stay safe. In fact, we have people in the battalion who are volunteering to go BACK overseas. So, it cannot be THAT bad. You need to be prepared for it, though to get the most out of it.
In many ways, Iraq and Afghanistan have become very typical of any Army assignment...with the exception that it is a bit like being stuck in Camden NJ or North Philly at night. You are isolated, within a relatively small population, you work a lot, you do PT, you do maintenance, you go outside the base now and then. Typical Army life.
I think there a girl of Albanian background in Temple ROTC. My wife knows her. Says she is a very smart and motivated young woman.
I repeat that if you have any temple classmates who are interested in a good unit, send them our way. Having your first OER read that you personally recruited 2 new officers for the unit would be a big winner.
Send CPT saxon a note and maintain contact with him thru graduation.
Best wishes, study hard, enjoy it while you still can.
LTC Keating

Next Contestant - Nickelback
I judge by what she's wearing
Just how many heads I'm tearing
Off of assholes coming on to her
Each night seems like it's getting worse
And I wish she'd take the night off
So I don't have to fight off
Every asshole coming on to her
It happens every night she works
They'll go and ask the DJ
Find out just what would she say
If they all tried coming on to her
Don't they know it's never going to work
They think they'll get inside her
With every drink they buy her
As they all try coming on to her
This time somebody's getting hurt
Here comes the next contestant
[CHORUS]
Is that your hand on my girlfriend?
Is that your hand?
I wish you'd do it again
I'll watch you leave here limping
I wish you'd do it again
I'll watch you leave here limping
There goes the next contestant
I even fear the ladies
They're cool but twice as crazy
Just as bad for coming on to her
Don't they know it's never going to work
Each time she bats an eyelash
Somebody's grabbing her ass
Everyone is coming on to her
This time somebody's getting hurt
Here comes the next contestant
[CHORUS]
I'm hating what she's wearing
Everybody here keeps staring
Can't wait 'til they get what they deserve
This somebody's getting hurt
Here comes the next contestant
[CHORUS]
I wish you'd do it again
Each night seems like it's getting worse
I wish you'd do it again
This somebody's getting hurt
There goes the next contestant
