FIRST. I MISS MY CAT :(

And now for the meat of this post LOL

Work is good, but makes me really tired. I come home and almost everyday, I think "I'm tired... but if I don't cook, I won't get to eat. Fruuuuuck!!!" I'm 60 days into my 90 day probation period. In my remaining 30 days, they decided to give me my own project to do. A really big one for the end of the year. They usually start this in June or July but of course, we're behind this year, so now it's August and they JUST figured out "Oh snap, we'll give this to Gloria for her last 30 days and see how much of it she can flesh out. It will be her deciding factor on whether or not she can keep the job."

No panic here, ma'am. Fuck.

Ok, the project actually sounds really exciting, and I'm looking forward to doing it... the problem herein lies that I constantly, on a week to week basis, have between 10-30 projects that I already work on. This number of course includes both little and big things that I do. The second part of the problem would be that with the current workload, we're usually piled with work and just... swamped. Seriously swamped. So how am I going to pull this new, really big, exciting project together on top of what I'm already doing? It also doesn't help that they put me on hourly and told me I can't work overtime since I'm still on probation (aka, they don't want to pay overtime for someone they haven't decided they're going to keep yet LOL).

Aside from work, I'm tired all the damn time. On the weekends, I go home and I spend about 80% of my time running errands and keeping my mom company. 50% of this time is devoted to trying to keep sane.

I feel so tired and stressed. I haven't had fun in a long time -_-;; I love living here in Carlsbad, and I love living with Natee. That stuff is all awesome. But never ever having any free time to just relax, hang out, go shopping, etc... just makes me feel sad.

And now I'm extra stressed because of the new developments at work. Oh, and Female Version Bill Lumbergh (think Office Space) works at my office. Don't even get me started on that topic.
