[ NOTES ]: This is a quick log of what will appear on the TV's c:

Karasu: [The televisions may well flicker on to reveal Karasu and Link meeting near the door to the apartments at night. It seems a chance meeting, Link appearing to be returning from fishing and Karasu...getting some fresh air perhaps, or just skulking about. As he sees Link though he moves back, waiting for the other to pass him before murmuring his name, fingers dancing out to stroke his hair boldly.]

Link: [Link leans his head out of the way of his fingers - not in any irritation, as he is still smiling. He gives Karasu a 'Hi', and then stops to ask him how he's doing.]

Karasu: [Karasu doesn't seem bothered by the other's dodging, pressing anyway. With that mask over his face, it's hard to tell if he's smiling or not...but with the angle of the camera, it seems as if he is, just at being closer to the Hylian.]

Unlucky in hunting today....?

Link: [Link gives a shrug, leaning against one of the walls.]

"I wasn't really hunting. Just wanted to go fishing. I figured it might give us some food that doesn't go bad overnight, you know? [He shakes his head a little.] No such luck, huh? Ah well. How are you?

Karasu: Oh...I'm alright...

[There's that creeper tone as he edges just a little closer, closing the gap between them slowly. The whole while those violet eyes are on Link, fingers reaching out once more to carefully brush a lock away from the Hylian's eyes.]

There will be other hunts, I'm certain.

Link: [Link pushes it out of the way himself, again not seeming to do so out of irritation.] It wasn't a hunt, really.

Karasu: Demon logic, lovely. You hunt for food...for companionship...or for pleasure.

[Karasu seems to be doing a little of all of these at the moment, steadily, leaning closer, the hand that had been in Link's hair rising to rest against the wall above his head.]

Link: [Link's eyes go to his hand, a small frown creasing his brow, but he lets it go for now.] I've got friends here, so that's companionship. I don't really need to hunt for it. [He tilts his head, looking up at the taller man.] I never knew you were a demon.

Karasu: Hunting...isn't necessarily a negative thing.

[He makes a clucking sound of disapproval, leaning closer, just a fraction.]

My name...it means... "crow." Perhaps a little...uncreative, but...I'll forgive my family that.

[He chuckles softly, eyes lingering on Link's face, darting upwards to his hair.]

You really should take better care of your hair...

Link: I know that...? [His frown deepens a little.] Sometimes it's necessary.

[He shrugs again, lifting a shoulder, and offers another little smile.] My name means 'link', so I suppose I feel you there...

[He trails off as Karasu mentions his hair, reaching up to tug on one of his 'ear-bangs'.] Better care...? It's clean, right?

Karasu: If I may...

[Even though he's asking, he doesn't bother to wait for permission, fingers brushing at the blonde strands, nails scraping gnetly against his scalp.]

You have a few split ends...nothing that can't be taken care of....

Link: [Link is a little too taken aback to react at first, but then a red blush creeps across his cheeks and he ducks away from the touch.] U-uh huh. Split ends. How do I do that?

Karasu: Oh...I'm sure someone will help you with it...

[If you survive the encounter here at least. As he ducks away, Karasu leans closer once more, hand ramming back into place above Link's head, the other resting lightly at his hip.]

You're beautiful, you know. Such sweet kindness in your eyes, and the willingness to fight...only...when necessary...

[A soft sort of sigh.]

I...could very easily fall for you...

Link: [It's quite obvious that Link is not all right with that idea. His face falls at first, his shoulders slumping in a 'why me?' fashion, at the confession. It only lasts a short while, and he smiles a little, sadly, and puts his hands gently - but firmly - on Karasu's shoulders.]

I'm flattered. Really. I am. But I'm not... looking for that sort of thing right now, all right?

Karasu: [Instead of looking displeased, those violet eyes light up, crinkling just a little above the mask. The hand that is on his shoulder is grabbed, Karasu's fingers closing around the Hylian's wrist, thumb seeming to stroke gently.]

That's...quite alright, lovely...

[And then, leaning closer just a fraction. This is a warning, he makes that perfectly clear.]

It won't stop me from trying.

Link: [Link wrenches his hand away.] Karasu. [There's a lower note in his voice, showing the well-tempered steel that most people tend to overlook in Link.] I don't want that sort of thing.

Karasu: [Hips push Link back, and while Karasu isn't as physically strong as other demons, he does hold...some strength. It seems he's more intent with this game at the moment, tilting his head, studying Link in that fascinated manner.]

I have to wonder...just what color your eyes would look like before death...

Link: [Link shoves back, his jaw set.] You won't get to know.

Karasu: Of course not.

[He doesn't sound convinced, hips moving away, releasing Link readily enough.] Well...

[He gestures grandly towards the doorway.]

It isn't often I offer an out...but you're something special...I think I'd rather drag this out...just a little longer.

Link: [Link doesn't reply back, and instead keeps looking steadily at Karasu. His arms are folded, but his muscles are coiled and tense.]

Karasu: What...not going to leave...?

[He's surprised, one hand resting at his hip, the other at his side, studying Link with even greater interest.]

Link: Get out. [His tone is devoid of Link's usual warmth. He's not going to turn his back to him.]

Karasu: Mm...I'd rather not.

[Cocky, eying Link intently. Waiting to see what he plans, if anything.]

Link: [Link shrugs. He reaches into his tunic and takes out the handheld, turning it on. The tinny music of Tetris might be recognisable.]

Karasu: [Rather than affronted, he's amused.]

You make it so easy...

[He turns, not quite with his back to Link, but close, taking two steps into the darkness before seeming to disappear.]

Link: [Link does move away as soon as Karasu leaves. He stays there for a short while, still playing the game.]
