As ordered, the dark-haired butler arrived on cue. Amidst the poorly lit hallways, the demon's piercing red eyes stood out. Just barely, but definitely a nuance from the dreary atmosphere. His footsteps were, for the most part, silent, each deliberate and swift. It didn't take long for the efficient butler to arrive on the fifth floor and scan the area for his master. The symbol on the back of his hand burned faintly, a reminder of the order and the invisible bindings that held him, even in a wretched, dreadful place such as this. It was hard to hold back a chuckle at the irony.

After a few more moments, Sebastian arrived promptly, spotting the young boy near the end of the hallway. Feigning natural nonchalance, as always, he stepped over, contract-hand coming to rest over the place where a heart should be, if demon blood hadn't been present in his veins.

"Good evening, Young Master," he stated through the thick air, taking mental note of the feel of the presence of 'others'. "My apologies for not having arrived sooner--I was not aware of how large this edifice was." A faint smirk slipped on his lips as he offered a bow once at Ciel, bangs falling over his shimmering eyes.

"There you are, how dare you keep you master waiting!" Ceil put on a fake frown and shot him a glare. "Come closer,I have to know you are real" He demanded, flicking his wrist to show for him to come. "I have been through hell here, I am sick, weak, and cut to shred to bastard, where were you!" Ceil's voice rose high before he began to choke and cough, cheeks turning a soft pink. "Damn-" Coughing "you..."

A thin eyebrow lifted on the butler's face. He opted not to speak until Ciel was finished, coughing and all. It took quite a deal of effort not to smirk, instead settling upon a polite, cordial smile. When Ciel was finished, Sebastian tipped his head lower, gaze concealed. "I apologize profusely, My Lord," he responded with another half-bow after having come closer, as previously requested.

He chose not to answer the question at hand and instead allowed his brow to quirk again, noticing the mentioned state of Ciel. My my, what a mess. "It would be best if you return to your room," he began with another curt smile, "before your condition worsens. I shall prepare tea once we arrive." If he could find it, that is. Oh bother, that'd be dreadful if he could not.

"We're already at my room." Ciel thumped the door behind him before grabbing Sebastian by the front of his coat and pulling him down to his size where he scrutinized him, judging each bit of him to assure it as real. "You damn well better be the real Sebastian or I swear I'll kill you." he growled, chocolate scented breath warming Sebastian's face with his angry little puff of breath.

A furtive smirk splayed across Sebastian's lips accordingly. He waited a moment to answer, letting his master get his little fit of anger out before interjecting. "...Such a large threat, promising death to a demon..." His tone contained some tangible amount of darkness, but it was gone as quickly as it came. "Do not fear, Young Master. I do not lie like humans do, as I have said countless times before."

To accent his point, not bothering to move even a fraction away from the boy--still too damn amused--, he removed his glove and offered the back of his hand up for inspection. The contract symbol resided on the ghostly pale skin, glowing ever so faintly, mark becoming a bit agitated from the various energy radiating from both the building and the inhabitants.

Finally Ciel removed Sebastian's coat and calmed down, he took the demon's hand and looked it over only briefly before looking up into his eyes. "I believe you... Sebastian. So, tell me, how are the others at home..." He seemed the slightest bit awkward, his heart still racing, his stomach still tight with a shadow of happiness. "I-I have been quite worried about the mansions state while I-" he coughed again. "I've been gone." he was blushing lightly.

"Quite well," Sebastian answered succinctly and paused, sparing a haphazard glance down to their hands. His demonic-gaze returned to Ciel afterward, as cryptic as ever. "They are Phantomhive servants, after all," the butler reminded, that lucid smile back on his face, eyes shutting, feigning the usual bliss.

After a moment, the butler arose to full height and bowed a third time. "Forgive me for being curt, but I must further insist that you return inside." His gaze danced to the door and then back to Ciel.

"Alright... I have a roommate, be nice to him." Ciel paused. "He is my friend." The words fell oddly from his lip, he even looked odd saying them. "His name is Aaron, he has taken care of me for the past few weeks." He told the demon, slightly stalling, scared, just a bit of Aaron and Sebastian meeting... Would they get along?

Yes, it was strange to hear 'that' word fall from Ciel's lips. Peculiar, even. Torn between feeling mockingly offended for someone else taking his job in his absence and a smidgen thankful that a person had kept his 'dear' master safe, Sebastian remained quiet. After all, Ciel was his property, so naturally, anyone that kept him safe was just aiding him in the tedious waiting process.

"Pardon me for saying such...but if the Young Master is sick, I have to question the quality of the care," Sebastian pointed out, a small smirk toying on his lips as he looked back to the door. He said nothing for another minute or so before smiling politely and giving it a small nudge open, as expected of a butler. Never let the Master open doors. Never.

Ceil coughed again before starting in as well. "He is still young and human[ooc:haha], he is not a perfect being such as yourself. And more so, you do not have to treat me like a child anymore." He turned to him once more before entering. "I am no longer so pitiful as to need you help with every little thing." He had survived the Bishop's inhumane strength, he had survived the spirits and the fear, and, though not well, he could take care of himself now, he had become much more independent. Much more adult. Of course, being spoiled by his perfect butler was never a bad thing, he just had to make clear he was stronger now.

"Come on, Mr.Aaron is waiting inside." He quickly flipped around and headed into the room.

Aaron was inside on the sofa, curled up under a thin blanket. He was attempting to do some reading, but the book lacked substance and he kept putting it down in lieu of checking the television, hoping for a movie of some sort that didn't involve apartment tenants and their personal shenanigans or problems.

At the sound of the door creaking open, the blonde glanced up, almost in a defensive pose before relaxing as he saw Ciel.

"Hey!" and then his eyes fell onto Sebastian, studying him curiously.

"Um...hello?"

It took a great deal of effort not to snicker in response to Ciel's words. As expected, Sebastian remained politely quiet, nodding when it was appropriate to do such. It went without saying just how much the demon doubted the words falling from Ciel's lips.

When the butler entered the room, his gaze instantly scoped the familiar set-up before coming to rest upon the couch. His eyes focused on the third entity in the room and he said nothing until addressed indirectly.

"...Good evening, Mr. Aaron," the demon greeted, that impromptu cordial smile appearing on his lips. "It's a pleasure to meet you--My Lord speaks highly of you." There was a barely noticeable flash of something in Sebastian's eyes afterward.

"Hi Aaron, sorry I disappeared for a little while there." Ciel seemed a little tense, watching Aaron carefully, hoping he would not be upset about Sebastian being in his room. "This is my butler Sebastian." Ciel hoped he would not remember the time he had screamed that name when the visions appeared in the windows. "He is the one I was looking for when I first can here." he gave Aaron one of his very awkward smiles before coming farther into the room. "I wish to ask, if possibly he could stay here for a bit, he can make us some food and tea." His attitude was much kinder and gentler around Aaron then he had ever been in front of Sebastian.

Aaron didn't seem upset in the least at company, perking up instead, a friendly smile on his face, like an energetic puppy ready to make a new friend.

"Sebastian...it's nice to meet you." the werewolf said quietly, respectfully as he got to his feet, bowing. Informally, but still conveying his respect to Sebastian. The flash in those eyes didn't go unnoticed though, and for a moment he appeared confused, stricken...before it smoothed over.

"He's welcome here, of course! He can take my room, if he needs it." he added, not wanting anyone put out.

"That won't be necessary," Sebastian explained with a charming smile, looking in Aaron's general direction. "I'm afraid I don't sleep much and I wouldn't want a friend of the Earl going without a proper place to sleep, especially one that belongs to him to begin with."

After such was said, his gaze returned to Ciel. The demon didn't ignore the slight imbalance of power in the air, but for the time being, pushed it aside. Nothing seemed hostile at the moment, and he currently did not have enough information to figure out just what was causing the rift. ...and Ciel hadn't given any orders.

"He'll sleep in my room." Ciel confirmed. "Thank you Aaron, you are very kind, but I truly do wish you would think about yourself sometimes, it makes me worry how kind you are to give up so much for others..." Ciel watched his new friend with calm eyes. "Even me."

Ciel turned his eyes back to Sebastian. "You shall stay by my side when I sleep, you understand Sebastian? And if Aaron needs something you will get it for him or do it for, do you understand?" He watched his servant with his naturally cold eyes.
