my life has taken some shocking/amazing turns lately. I'm loving every minute of it & I truly believe that someone is looking out for me. finally having the courage to stand up for myself at work today paid off and I got something I've wanted for months. I have everything I need right now and I get to spend every day with my best friend and the love of my life.
my dad got married on Saturday. I found out today and I can't say I was too fond of the girl when I met her, but I'm happy for him and it means great things for both of us. we also had a conversation that cleared up a lot of things & relieved some of the anger that has been weighing on me lately. whether we will ever have the relationship we should or not, just having more of an understanding between the both of us is enough.
I find out about school next Tuesday. wish me luck.
