Went on yet another vacation ^_^
I left for Myrtle Beach on Friday morning and came back home today. It was like a constant 98 degrees the entire time... and it rained >_< I only went out on the beach once and five minutes after I did, it started lightning and raining really hard. But I did manage to go to the local amusement park for a few hours. Somehow, I managed to talk my dad into riding a wooden rollercoaster with me and he got sick afterwards >:) And on Saturday morning my dad had left to go meet a business clent of his and a fire alarm woke me, my brother, and his friend Chip up. It wasn't one of those buzzing alarms, but someone telling us to evacuate the building because there was a fire on our floor. Well, as soon as we had finished decending the entire 9 flights of stairs, they said it was only a drill and we could go back to our rooms. It was 9:00AM and I hadn't gone to sleep until around 4:30AM, so I was not very happy. Then when we got back to our room, the stupid alarm didn't go off for another 30 minutes. And it was VERY VERY loud. Overall, my vacation to the beach sucked. But hey, at least I didn't have to put up with my mom for 3 days.
