the new slang
its been a while since i updated so instead of making it really long ill leave the two main updates in chapters with lj cuts so read them all at once or seperatly if you wish either way here goes. the first update is from the activities 2 weeks ago with rachel in houston i started at school one day and am finishing it now. the second is from my recent road trip to UT with austin to visit rachel.
i know, i know its been way too long since i updated this thing but i just havent been in the writing mood. my ideas and creativity and passions have been elsewhere for too long. But I'm sitting down now between my classes and have some time to kill so i thought i'd add a little update to catch some people up on things.
Ive been spending a lot of time working and getting some much needed clutter in my life straightened out. I had a lot of loose ends that needed to be tied up and some problems and buisness i needed to clear up. I finally feel like im set at a clean slate and feel in control and sure of everything around me. I know where my feelings are and where i want to go with my life so now ive just been spending time opening new doors and getting in touch with old friends. This last week i got to spend a good amount of time with Austin and Rachel which was great because those are two people i really wanted to get to become better friends with. The first night i went over to rach's to show finally show her the boondock saints(this girl hasnt seen way to many good movies). about half way through austin showed up and we talked and hung out then decided to take her down to house of pies and hit some photobooths. We took some hilarious photo booth shots that will be uploaded here sometime in the near future whenever we figure out how we are gonna scan them and whatnot. We then ran over to house of pies and before long out table of three became a table of about 8 due to rachels social character. it was quite the adventure. friday we met austin and the stitches after their show for some coffee at agora. then saturday i went back to rachels with steven and shannon for some late night swimming. it was really nice. the whole weekend was very relaxing and nice and i think i strengthened my relationship with rachel a lot more.
now for the trip to austin. I got out of school on friday and headed back to sugarland and finished getting ready and grabbed austin and we headed out. We got there around 7-8 and after a confusing directions via phone to rachels floor we were greeted by an insanely happy rachel and there were hugs all around. we hung out, ate food, greeted many of rachels friends(a number that seemed to raise daily heheh) and then went to an apartment party. the party was fun except they only had beer. so we just sat, joked, and realized how much of a lightweight rachel was heheh. rahcel crashed with me on the couch and everyone else crashed soon after and thus ended friday. Saturday we woke up showered then hit the drag. we shopped around at diesel and urban outfitters. Austin got some really nice gola shoes i skoped some more asics and rachel picked out some really cute boots. sway joined us near the end and we headed off to a frat party. The jello shots were fun but not enough of them went around i had a good convo with sway and austin and kept tryin to keep track of rachel. It was really good to bump into shelby and kelly there though. before long i finally caught rachel and we headed back to sean's. sadly everyone went to sleep pretty soon but i had my fair share of punch and got a little tipsy with my new friends. sunday me, rach and austin went shoppin again and took some pics which i will upload here later when i get a new upload site. All in all it was a great weekend and i had a great time with rachel and all them.
SOooo basically i got to spend a lotta time with rachel and austin lately which means a lot to me and im really happy about. I cant wait to get back to austin sept. 17, i miss my new friends and cant wait to see rachel again, not to mention the incredible music. so that is all for now ill update more later this week.
