“Wear this” Yuto place his coat on Ryosuke’s shoulders then sat beside him on the bench. Ryosuke thanked him and snuggled closer to Yuto, resting his head on his shoulder.
“The autumn is coming. Never leave house without wearing jacket or anything...” Yuto reminds the younger, while the latter just nodding his head, “so fussy” he mumbled almost inaudible.
“I am.” Yuto replied which made the younger look up to him, wondering about the latter expression. Yuto smiled at him and said, “I may not as good as Yabu-kun. But I’ll try my best to be a good brother for you.”
Ryosuke chuckled hearing that. “What are you saying? You’re already a super good and nice brother to me.” He added then gave a light peck on Yuto’s left cheek. “Don’t compare yourself to anyone.” Ryosuke smiled sincerely.
Yuto’s heart fluttered in happiness. He felt like he could fly into outer space hearing his brother confession. Who would think that the Ryosuke who was suicidal and in the verge of ending his life that afternoon, has now back to his old self again, a cheerful Ryosuke whom Yabu Kota always proud of. To be accepted as his brother replacement, Yuto couldn’t be more grateful than that. His effort to save the boy has born a sweet fruits.
“Anyway, Yuto-nii, did you buy the flowers?” Ryosuke asked still leaning on his shoulder.
“Yes. I left them in the car.” Yuto answered while stroking Ryosuke hair. “Shall we go now?” He offered and Ryosuke nodded.
They got up and walked to the car. Yuto started the engine and drive towards a certain direction. The most place the visited together, a place where Yabu Kota is resting.
