i don't think i ever heard Tsutomu being called by Recomen, he had a completely opposite character from Mitsuru, even Jonny-san only interested in Mitsuru and didn't notice him at all when he met the two younger brothers of Yoko xD

yep, he's shy, awkward, and totally unpopular (that's what yoko said not me xD). so i guess he's not interesting enough to be on the radio, like not funny at all lol
but tbh i kinda curious about him too, i hope they'll call him one day :)
