Update
Soo what've I been up to. Apologies for lack of real sentences.
Friday
Had a hair cut, did nothing for a bit, got ready for the prom, went to the prom, danced (badly) but had fun anyway (yay discovery channel song ^^ Always seems to make me smile.) Everyone looked good, my hayfever went away for a bit, I managed not to spill anything on my dress. Didn't get many photos/any decent ones, I'll have to wait and see this so called 'amazing' one Candi claims to have. I really want at least 1 decent photo of me in my dress. :(
Saturday
Slept in until 10, Mum drove me and Neg down to Devon, got changed into another dress, and went to another party. It was sort of like a more metal/rock prom with free beer/cider/alcopops/just about everything really. Managed to get talking to lots of nice people, many of whom probably think I'm 14/15, but it doesn't matter, it was fun. Also managed to meet a couple of Quakers/anime fans, who will hopefully come to NMKAC sometime. Maybe. (Nothing wrong with pimping the club a bit :D We need it. Everyone seems to be leaving or going to Australia or just not turning up. Fools.
Sunday
Woke up at Tilly's house at about 7, got driven back to Northampton, had a shower, and went straight off to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers. They were amazing. Especially seeing as I hadn't been to a gig for over a year and was really beginning to miss jumping around and having bottles of beer thrown through the air around me and singing and screaming. Very nice. Also managed to find Sam, Nikki and Kri5 in the crowd (though find implies we were looking, it was more like a nice, if slightly scary, surprise. Made me jump anyway.) Apparently Candi's sister wasn't far from us either. Didn't see Fi about at all. Sure she had fun though, how couldn't you.
Monday
Slept till 10, did nothing for a very long time, watched Scuzz and Kerrang for far too long, just relaxed. Tidied up a bit and vacuumed the stairs. Considered cleaning my room, but I'm scared of going under the bed. Tomorrow, definately. I did get dressed for the record Neg, I am no longer a complete bum, I haven't actually spent an entire day in my PJs now since last time I was ill. Probably longer. Read a bit. Sat in the garden for around 4 hours, I'm covered in insect bites now.
Tuesday
ALTON TOWERS! ADRENALINE! We went on, in order as I remember it:
-Nemesis (stupid first choice really, but there was no queue, so we had to really)
-Ripsaw (where we got soaked, except Kathryn, who is evidently water repellant)
-Air (words can't describe it, I love that ride. It's like a really big, loud, probably quite polluting pet. It's the most beautiful roller coaster I've ever been on I think.)
-The River Rapids (nice and gentle. It was a nice break.)
-The sky lift thing to Ugland (ok, so it's not a ride, but Candi managed to say the sentence 'lets take the sky lift to Ugland' so seriously it was scary. And Izzy made her laugh so much she spat out water everywhere, mostly on her and me. You sort of had to be there I guess. We were sitting next to a 'don't eat/drink on the sky lift' sign too.)
-Rita Queen of Speed (WOAH. On Nemesis and Air you scream because you want to, on Rita, you scream because you HAVE to. The acceleration at the beginning..... woah. 0 to 100 in 2.5 secs or something silly like that. Bliss.)
-Oblivion (Twice. Candi was terrified. To be perfectly honest, so was I, it's been a while. But I loved every second. Even if it is only about 10 seconds long.)
-Spinball Whizzer (I was scared before we got on, but it wasn't so bad. It was a nice end to the day really.)
Wednesday (So it hasn't happened yet. I have a rough plan anyway.)
Put up the tent as BYTF practice, and to check the mice haven't eaten it, tidy up, lounge around and watch Kerrang and Scuzz, and clean out my room.
