Today I feel like crap, my throat is so swollen that drinking water hurts. But hopefully I will get better soon, hopefully.
Other than random sicknesses that I've picked up. My weight-loss regimne starts today. So far I had a can of tomato soup with rice in it, thats about 250 calories and im drinking loads of Fruit20. I dont know if I should go running today as I feel like crap but I think that I will go for a walk later on in the day.
I have come up with a plan for my binges. I bought some fasting tea last night and whenever I feel a binge coming on I make a cup and wait 15 minutes. The tea has an natural appetite suppresent in it and other random things to help boost your metabolism, so after the 15 minutes is up Im usually ok with the eating thing. I am thankful for fasting tea, and its very tasty as well.
