Depends, I think a simple cut will give a here or the word cut or something
lj cut
at the beginning and
/cut
at the end

for custom text I think it's

lj-cut text="your title or whatever"

ad formatting brackets to all

you don't really need to end the cut but it's

I recommend putting the cuts in after the summary
