M&D Notes: Chapter 2

A two-page chapter containing two letters. The first from Jerehiah Dixon to Charles Mason, is a diffident letter of introduction indicating his awe of Mason's position and his willingness to learn more of Astronomy from Mason. The second is Mason's response, saying he has no teaching experience. He adds that they will both have their own telescopes and a fine clock for their work.
