Things are better

Since I last posted MiniPlu kicked her cold and went back to school on Monday morning; Two ditched the crutches rather abruptly on Tuesday morning. I successfully donated blood on Wed morning. (Had meatloaf the night before; my iron was one point OVER the minimum this time - phew!) Had my first physical therapy session for my shoulder this afternoon - just some stretches for now, will probably be modified/increased after tomorrow's MRI results are in. I caught up on email, which is, of course, regenerating at the speed of light. :P Two earned her regular TKD belt back as of this evening (she'd been slowly working her way back up, with no major setbacks, for awhile - not that she's been an angel, but it's been better) - she's ecstatic.

Which isn't to say that life's been a perfect picnic (still not enough sleep, still too much mess in the house, still too much time spent online, days are still ridiculously busy, and there's been a LOT of test prep for MiniPlu), but at least it's better than things were looking a few days ago.

Weekend: BIL/SIL coming to spend the weekend with us as my BIL is helping Will get our old car ready for our eldest niece, who is in desperate need of one. Need to tidy house, remake guest bed, etc. MiniPlu is facing midterms next week, so there will be MAJOR studying - which means major involvement on my part because MiniPlu is still not too good at studying on her own yet. We are still trying to figure out where we are celebrating Two's birthday NEXT weekend. I need to wrap all her birthday gifts, too.

Seriously - I wish I had a time-turner. But only if I could re-do sleeping hours as well. :P
