So today mom and I did a lot of stuff in town from doing my dentist appointment; where I was dubbed cavity free once again to my blood work at the clinic; where I almost passed out. We also hit a few stores afterwards like Khols where I bought myself this gorgeous bracelet to make myself feel better.
We also hit the new used Video Game store on our side of town. It was actually really nice inside and it had tons of old systems and games, even guide books! I managed to buy the books for FF X-2 and FF VIII. I guess because of the book for X-2 I got back into my game and learned that I had a snowballs chance in hell of actually beating the game’s final bosses, let alone the final dungeon. Crying a bit on the inside when I couldn’t get the girls to go anywhere but in one of the holes I started a new file.
And I’m bought to say I have about 16 hours in the new file, where in my old file I had 14 something. However in the new file I’m going by the guide’s route which is showing me all kinds of things that I missed out on the first time through. Though catching the chocobo was a pain in the ass. D; Not to mention I found myself shipping Yuna and Gippal during their cutscenes together, even though I’m like a major TidusxYuna fan. Massaging Leblanc was insanely creepy… Especially when I hit her in the ‘right’ spot. Rikku is adorable and one of my favorites in the games and I really, really love when either yuna or her yell Duck Soup after a fight. <3
