I got quite the scare today when I tried to fully uninstall a program my mom had tried to rough-uproot earlier (a firewall, by the way; genius, my mom). The computer refused to boot and would only let me into the BIOS, not Safe Mode or System Recovery. Thankfully, Matt is tons smarter than I am, and helped fix the problem. He's still not sure what it was, but reinserting a jammed CDROM drive and changing the boot order fixed everything (including our inability to connect to POP servers), so I don't really care what was wrong. Hooray for smart friends!
And speaking of smart friends, Kyle beat my SAT score by a full 100 points, clocking in at a ridiculous 2390. Bastard. (My breakdown, by the by, was 800-690-800. Damn you, mathematics. Damn you to hell.)
Cory joined up with our D&D game, so now we've got four players (six characters), in addition to the DM. I've gotta say, it's a lot of fun... you guys don't know what you're missing.
