The KC Montero - MMDA Chronicles
I follow KC Montero on Twitter because the guy's so hilarious. He was an awesome MTV VJ and now he's an awesome U92 DJ. His Twitter has been extra amusing lately because he's been exchanging tweets with the MMDA, or the Metro Manila Development Authority. It's a government office responsible for enforcing traffic laws. He tweeted that he was ignoring the color coding rule, and the MMDA caught his tweet. [The color coding scheme is designed to lessen the number of vehicles on the road to help prevent traffic build-up. Vehicles are banned from the road on certain days, according to the last digit of their plate numbers.] The entire thing's a hoot and a half. Here's the story.
