Magic: The Gathering Update
Okay I'm officially addicted! The problem is that I don't see a_wol often. He was the one who taught me Magic, patiently walked me through the basics, and gave me my first deck - my awesome red, green, black Jund one! (Thank you so much I will be forever grateful!) So, most of the time, I have no one to play with. [veryprinsesa we have to fix our schedules so we can meet up soon! Vampires vs. Vampires? Teehee. popacatepetl we should also meet so I can teach you! New intro decks are out, you can get your own in an instant and we can play.] But anyway, I still love the game. I actually like it so much I bought Magic stuff again.
I got a new intro pack! It's Invading Spawn from the new Rise of Eldrazi expansion that just came out. It unleashes Eldrazi spawns and zombies. My favorite is still Fangs of the Bloodchief though. I like that pack's strategy. But I really love intro packs even if they contain beginner's decks that are worthless at things like Friday Night Magic.
Got more vampires to increase the power of my favorite black deck. My favorite legendary creature is Anowon the Ruin Sage.
I saw this "vintage" Saviours of Kamigawa fat pack and I just had to get it! I seriously love the Kamigawa expansion.
Here are the very cool contents: six booster card packs from the Kamigawa expansion, Kamigawa novel (thrilled that I now have a Magic book), Saviors of Kamigawa player's guide, a premium basic land card, a random Kamigawa premium common card, and a Saviors of Kamigawa spindown life counter.
The Saviors of Kamigawa fat pack will go so well with the Champions of Kamigawa tournament pack that I got from the box clarityat3am sent me! I will try to build a deck soon. I'm excited to do it, I just haven't found the time yet.
